How do I subscribe to a thread??

Probably a stupid question but I can't see how to subscribe to threads. I have seen a lot of threads that I want to see how they come out. When I try to find them again, many times I can't because of how fast things move on the Hamb. Sometimes I can find them again but it may be 4-5 pages down. Thanks, Greg.
