Welcome! Were you ever able to join the forum? I'm on there with my '54 Customline. Looks like you're from the NorCal Bay Area. I'm in Santa Rosa and we got a couple of guys up near Sacramento too.

    Hey,
I am still locked out of the group. I live in Livermore in the Bay area. The Goodguys car show is this weekend in Pleasanton, the city next to Livermore . I going tomorrow to find some bargains at the swap meet hopefully.
I now own a 1957 two door Ranch Wagon that acquired last year . It's not very stock and has a stock 302 in it with an O.D. automatic transmission. It has the lower level trim chrome package and is painted a two tone metallic green paint. The wheels are Cragars S.S that are 15 inch, but I am thinking of replacing them with Chrome steel wheels and white walls.
The front end has been upgraded with rack and pinion steering with power disc bakes and it still has drums brakes in the rear.
Right now it's down because I am replacing the gas tank and filler neck, which no one makes anymore.
So I brought 48 Ford filler neck and I am using filler 2.25 hose and a adapter going from 2.25 to 2.5 inches to the new tank. My plans is to get everything running right and travel around California.
I added pictures so you can what it looks like.
    Thanks
    Tony

Nice . . . . you will have lots of fun and plenty of admirers some with cash in hand. Living in semi Central Taxifornia you will need AC if you don’t already have it. It is a plus and I’m glad I added it to our 56. You will enjoy the Social Forum getting answers specifically to your car and 52-59 Fords without every Ford Naysayer on the HAMB tell you to sell it and buy Brand C.
