Gotgas, Maybe I can explain about the previous owner. The guy owned the car for I think 15-20 years. It was his baby, and couldn't have meant more to him (or his wife) if it had been one of his kids. The car was housed in a carpeted garage that was heated to the same temperature as the inside of the house. There were about 3 huge picture albums of the car, pictures taken EVERY time it was taken out. He had the reciepts of EVERY dollar that was spent on it from the day he took delivery, and records of what who and where every bit of maintainence that had been done on it. His wife told me (I'm the one who went and got the car for Fuelpump, he was recovering from an auto accident) that before going to bed EVERY night he would slip out in the garage to see if it was OK. Now, you would think if someone thought that much of their car they wouldn't part with it. The old boy was loosing his sight and his wife couldn't drive a stick, so after agonizing over it for a long time he deciced to sell it and get something with an automatic that she could drive. Donzie went with me to get the car and it was after dark when we got it loaded and ready to leave. As we pulled away, they were standing at the end of the driveway holding hands and crying like a little boy who had just had his new puppy run over by a truck. It was all I could do to keep moving and not stop and unload the car to keep their hearts from breaking. Frank
