Really low, don't care if it's the bottom of the Frame or the bottom of the Door.

  15. not sure about rat rods, but i like traditional hot rods channeled over real frames, 16" wheels, duece grill shells, manual transmissions, etc.

i like the ground s****ing look on rat rods, but after setting mine up i realized its a ***** as far as sitting in the thing. i unchanneled it a few inches.its still real low tho.

but when i get around to building a "traditional" style hot rod i want it to be a high boy...

Channelled, Zed, s****ing the ground, and with vintage power and standard transmission. Old School old time but not unsafe to drive everyday.

Ill stick with a traditional styled rod, dropped over the frame, but there damn well better never be a part that s****es the ground.

I'm an on the frame guy for the most part, but channeled rods are cool when done right. Ever since Rudy built that *****in truck there has been a bunch of imitators but IMO no one has hit a home run since (close but no cigar). Just goes to show that when something cool comes along everyone wants on the bandwagon.
