Trying to replace my rear door side gl*** and since the surround it fixed and I can not lean the gl*** to get it out I need some help. I do not want to break it.. Do I just force it out of the felt channel and force it out

  2. If it wont come thru hole in lower door-you may have to remove the channel run[flathead phillips or glue in?] around the top of gl*** to allow it to lean inwards enough to come up and out.you've took the four little screws out that hold it to bottom strap at regulator -right? [IMG]

thanks , after writing this I went back outside and decided I had to open the channel since it was glued in. It came out with a tug but I got the new gl*** in and its back together. Now the front door is apart (wingwindow ***y out also) and tomorrow I will put new front gl*** in...
