How does one post a car for sale in the classifieds?

There is no option to post. I use the app on my galaxy phone. I have a really cool car id like to post.

 

APP doesn't work from what I understand.. HRP

 

On my iPhone i can post in the cl***ifieds using the app. Top right hand corner...click on the 3 dots. But it may not be the same on a galaxy.
