    Far right is me about 4 years old, And I had been going out to my Dads shop a good year or two before this pic was taken.

    Wow these posts are all awesome......brought home on the front seat....no seat belts....of a typical 1971 high compression small block '57 Bel Air 2 door red sedan M-22 ******, Olds rear, nicely cut rear quarter panels, and American Racing 5 spokes.......used to be a Phoenix area drag car.......nothing but pictures to look at from that age. My first recollection of cars period....was my father wet sanding his '63 XL500 390 4 speed in 1977.......whatever factory yellow it was for paint job #2....traded it for a 1969 Boss 302 with comfort weave deluxe black interior, front/rear spoiler, and sports slats. That's pretty much it for me. He owned a bunch of different stuff....as did his father.....1940 Deluxe Coupe with chrome axle, firewall, and a bunch of white spider webs....1960's Hot Rod feature car....yep....West Virginia....go get 'em grampa.
