How I spent some of my holiday

    This weekend 76ltd my dad and myself got the motor in the Edsel.We also got alot of clean up done on it.We haven't got to hear run yet but it's a good feeling havin it back in there [​IMG] [​IMG]

    So far the plans are paint all the interior metal the same off white as the wheels.Candy red roof with boat flake and try to keep as much of the original red on the body as possible.Where we can't save the red paint we are gonna use red oxide and blend it.The car hasn't been registered since 1965 so we are trying to make it dependable as possible.It has alot of time to make for.

    As for the shop I am renting a section of warehouse from my boss.It's cool nice floors and a forklift to use as a cherry picker.It's a HOT sombitch though we have to open the overheads at both ends and hope for a breeze. The box fans get a work out. It's worth some sweat to have good space at a good price.

    I have a 2 car garage crammed pack with my junk and cars, so with his project clear across town from mine we do alot of tool hualin from place to place. And it always seems like the tool you need is @ the other place.
