How long is a 34 torque tube.

Went and looked at a shortened 34 torque tube and driveline today that had apparently been shortened for an AV8, it measured 58 1/4 end to end which is still over 2in longer than my A torque tube. Anyone know the factory unshortened length of a 34 tube? The part is reasonably priced and I think I should buy it just because it's available and it's been a long time since I've seen another one. Thanks...

 

I dunno, but here's a bit of esoteric weirdness I didn't know about--the fours had a shorter shaft than the V8's!

Just taped a 35-36 that is in my driveway, 69 7/8.

 

I have a 34 ch***is out side right now, I am pretty sure the tube and rear are what henry put there, but I cant find a tape to save my life, plus its dark outside and I get scared.... I'll measure it tomorrow.... -J.
