Hello..this is a test.. Duane. http://s165.photobucket.com/albums/u58/1935hannah/?action=view¤t=241DodgeHemi_1.flv
Hello..It worked..These are the three that I've built.. Duane..1933 Ford P/U...1930 5 Window coupe.....1935 Ford Tudor.
Two, doing everything, from fabrication to paint to upholstery. About 7 just doing, your average suspension work, chop, engine transplant etc, but I can't really call that a full build.
What's More Important??? Quality or Quantity??? I know a lot of people who have built a lot of shitty cars.... and I know a few people who have built quality cars.....
Not the easiest question there Mr. Sib, but a good one. I've built three from soup to nuts...got smarter and had the coupe sprayed by a local painter, after getting her in shape the second time around. The had-a-hand-in list?...probably close to 40.
I lost count. there are 17 in the shop right now...ranging from repair to resto, and all points in between. total, full on builds? Like I did the whole damn thing? probably 20 or so.
Actually- depends on where you look at it from. As a back yard guy who has built them for himself and pals- I would say quality , but if you are in the business (as some of us are) to be 'good' at what you do- it would have to be both quality & quantity. Peiple want a good car and want to see you have done a bunch of them.
Aint that the truth. Ive seen quite a few builds that took years to turn out junk. I have also seen amazing cars built in a manner of a few months.
