How many of you lose parts in the garage?

I do that over and over... find a real cute safe place for a part or tool and next thing.. imposssible to find. I usually find parts on frame rails, in a top drawer of the rollaway, on a shelf in a nice tidy UNMARKED box....

The best is when I lose something that I take inside the house with me. I find them later in the bathroom, next to the phone, on shelf in the basement where I went to look for something else. My wife will sweep the kitchen and place orphan parts in the kitchen junk drawer and never say a word.

I have 3 bathrooms in my house, the basement one is where I do my best meditation. I've found a part or 2 on the edge of the sink days later.

Just the same thing as when you put that wrench down, and look for it for hours, then find it right where you knew you laid it.

 

I do I swear the stuff sprouts legs and plays hide and go seek with me all the time.

 

i never lost stuff until this last move now its hard to know what i have any more or where it is....maybe turning 54 hasnt helped either

 

I just call mine bald moments......
