   If there is a way, I have not found it. Can we close our own thread once something has sold? Or can we remove a thread we started if we no longer want it to show up?

   You cannot do either of those things once someone has replied to the thread or a certain amount of time has elapsed (not sure how long).
   
   Best thing is to reply in the ad that the item is sold and we will close it.
