Hey guys, I can't seem to remember how to post pics on this forum...when it comes to computers, I'm not very slick, so dumb it down a bit for me. Thanx
Simplest way,,for me anyway,is open a free photobucket account and post photos from there,,the site also resizes your photos. HRP
I'm going to try and explain it, but keep in mind, I'm NOT an instructer. So... 1. When you get to the page, where you make your post, scroll down a little more. 2. When you see a section that says ADDITIONAL OPTIONS. There is a subsection with a place that says, MANAGE ATTACHMENTS. Click on that. 3. A smaller box will open for MANAGING ATTACHMENTS. The first section has the words "Attach files". Underneath are 7 blank spaces. next to each space is a box that says, "BROWSE". Click on that. 4. Now you will be moved to a section of your computer where you have saved pictures. Usually a PICTURES file. CLICK on a picture. 5. The info for the pic will appear in the blank spot under the "Attach files" section. 6. Now, click on the box that says, "LOAD". The picture will load. It takes a few seconds or minute depending on the file size. When it's done loading, you can close that box. 7. Then, click "SUBMIT THREAD" and the thread will upload with the pic as an attachment. I'm going to upload a random pic as an example. Ignore the girl. When people click on the pic, it will get larger. Hope this helps. And.........STOP LOOKING AT THE GIRL!!!
I'm a visual guy and need to see pictures to understand. Here's how I do it. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/...discussionid=18102&gmid=327154#gmessage327154
I have tried this. How do I get it to work. I have tried all the links photobucket provides then click preview post and its just the copied link. No pics. I'm afraid to post it. Don't wanna get yelled at. J/K.
Attached Thumbnails is by far the fastest to do - but hardest to learn - since the instructions on this site are lame...... But I stumbled onto it just this week.... Sure makes for easier to read and clean looking posts.... 1) Click POST REPLY ****on. Or in Quick Reply or EDIT click Go Advanced ****on. 2) Scroll down and click Manage Attachments ****on. 3) Click Browse... ****on and select image from your desktop, then click Upload ****on. 4) Click Submit Reply or click Preview Post to see how your whole post will look.
