how the heck do you sign to join here?

not me of coarse, most of you have heard enough of my nonsense, but a friend is a long time lurker and claims he can not find how to sign up. bull shit i say, but then i look around and i can't seem to find it either. some pointers please !

You are quite welcome. I had to log out to find it. I haven't logged out since 1999.

 

I was a computer idjut when I joined.
The wife had to help.
I didn’t know what a user name was that’s why I stupidly used my real one.
I signed up but couldn’t log on. Got mad and cussed, finally after about 9-10 months I had acquired enough technical literacy to do it.
Now I’m using these emailing machines all day long.

 

They make it difficult so only gifted people can join.
