    School me on how to BEND the aluminum tack strip corner curve for '34 Ford coupe top insert. It comes in straight pieces.

    I've had good luck with cutting a piece of 3/4" plywood into the curve shape and screwing it to a larger piece of plywood. Gently form the aluminum around the curve keeping it flat to the plywood. Sometimes clamps can assist you.
     
  3. This is the pattern we made for my 3-window. Basically the same idea as Stu's.
