Technical How to choose a kustoms car builder.

  1. I have deeper pockets than most but I try to keep my car habit within reasonable spending. Sure I can buy any car I see, but that's not my idea of fun. The fun is the research, chasing parts, learning something new, expanding the skill set. I have the satisfaction of being on a first-name basis with every nut and bolt on my car.

    I often times park my '29 CCPU in spaces reserved for hybrids and electric cars and hang this sign on the radiator:

    I have built over 100 cars for myself and others. I would love to have a young builder put one together for me, not to make his job difficult, but to work with him and have an experience we both would remember. The car game is supposed to be about fun.
