ok guys, trying to figure out what kinda spring system i want to use on my rear end. its a ford 9", with panhard bar, and a two link setup. trying to figure out what springs to use. ive thought about a set of coilovers, but they are a little to fancy, and expensive for my tastes. i was trying to think of a way to get by with using just one leaf spring, kinda like the front end is setup. anyone got any good ideas on this? its for my 28 dodge coupe. thanks trey
trey, i went back to the pix you put up after your chop. still can't see anything about the rear of the frame or how the body sits on it (what interferes with what). you got pix from the back we can see so we can give our best advice? did you find any sheet metal for the back yet? that also might influence the rear spring choice. btw; the chop looks really good.
havent found anything for the back yet. we have a turtle deck laying around that i might try to utilize. pretty much, its open to do anything. i have no problem with building the rear around the suspension. ill try to get some pictures again this weekend. thanks for the kind words on the chop. trey
