wanted to also let everyone know that POSIES dual leaf springs are complete for the Chevy truck guys. Used in conjunction with our dropped axles, they will drop your Chevy truck 5 to 6 inches for a super slam. Feed back we received on a truck with the springs on was that it rode incredible. Email me for more info. -WORM

Wondering what kinda drop you get with just the springs. And price, are they cheaper than the mono leafs...

I've thought about the mono leafs before, I think they'd work good on the front, or these new springs. The problem I have is I haul everything from my trash to engines and everything else. I'm afraid that the other springs wouldn't have the load capacity of the stock springs. I've thought of longer shackles, but I'm afraid that they would hit the bottom of the bed...

    Zman,
You can flip your rear axle and run stock springs. You would'nt loose any strength just alittle load capacity(less travel).
Plenty of flip kits availible for 70-100$. Lowers about 4-5in.

    Tough decision,

You can get most everything you need to flip an axle in the trailer section of most Northern Tools or Tractor Supplys. But since I drive this thing like a truck and load it down I'm trying to only go about 3" and retain as much travel as possible... Though my '57 Buick will be slammed... The truck will stay up a bit...
