How to get different Louver shapes with the same die

I just found this out while playing with the Louver Machine. You guys might already know this but I thought I would post it since its Tech Week.. My die makes a real nice kinda flat topped Louver. But if I take out the pad in the bottom I get the more traditional rounded Louver. Heres a pic of each
