How to install Door Dovetail Bumper stops 37

Need to know how to install dovetail bumper stops in my 37 Chevy truck. They are the bumpstops with metal shoes on them. Tried using just my hand but they wont go in. Any suggestions?

 

i think they fit in another cage inside the b pillar.there is 2 small screws in the b pillar.sit in the seat they will be facing you.screw them out will realese the cage.slot head screws in my case i heated them up. ,sprayed with wd 40 through the back of the b pillar
