How to remove 51 Chevy Vent Windows For New Rubber

First off, Merry Christmas! I got weather striping for the vent windows for my 51 chevy. I'm not sure how to put it in, I need some help.

I got the vent window out but can figure out how to put the rubber in

 

I would guess a 51 might be similar to later Chevs. This article has some good pics.
