when i got home today and pulled into the driveway, theres was a bunch of white smoke coming from underneath my car. i looked underneath and there's a shitload of what looks like grease, oil, and whatever else all over my exhaust, which was smoking. does anyone have any input as to how to get this stuff off? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks a lot.

More importantly how did it get on? Easy to get off. Try simple green first. If that won't take it off, use brake cleaner. If all else fails oven cleaner, but wear protection for that one!

thanks. i have no idea how it got there. i'm thinking it could be tranny fluid. seems the only way it will come off is by scraping it off.
