Now that the mainstream world knows what a "Hot Rod" is, this is what they think they look like. Add all the overdone **** you can so everyone looks. Sad thing is, the average joe thinks it's cool. It looks like something made for a bad Hollywood Hot Rod movie.
This is why I have never sold the 40 coupe I have had for 20+ years, I'm afraid I would cry if a new owner puked on it like this.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw that photo.
I was also thinking how glad i am that I was never a heavy drinker, as i have seen many a bad tattoo like that on people who were to drunk to know what they were getting.
