Wow the laziness of some people amazes me.... in all the time it took him to think of and do that he could have just shook the damn thing.

Yeah. I cut a wall out if my house with mine. Also chopped a couple cars, too!

  12. HGTV does that annual Hardware Expo show where they show off all the cool new tools that are out there.

Well, someone took that idea and made a real product out of it. I can't find it available online, but it's out there. I was made out of molded plastic and had a clamp that held the can in place.

That guy should have put a patent on the idea.

Hmmmm....most innovative use of a sawzall in a pleasurable way....this begs for PICS :D

  14. There's a guy in Oakhill just out side of Austin that sells old license plates out off of HWY 290. He did this same thing but strapped it to a post in his shed so it holds any paint can upright.

I need to buy a cheap Sawzall from Harbor Frieght just to do this.

Now if you could mount the sawzall in a bench vise and hook a remote control up.... u wouldnt have to get off the "garage couch" to turn on the sawzall.......hehe..

I've done it, works good! Spatter paints especially need more shaking than others, so why not?

Since it was on a welding site he could have saved a little time tack welding the can to the blade.

just tape your cans together,, wrap them in a blanket,, and stick them in your wife's dryer ... set it on cool so you don't blow them up.. your dryer is in the garage anyhow ....
