how to transport parts.....

    Anyone have any idea how to ship whole car parts like for instance the whole firewall and cowl with windshield across the US......I know ofcourse that I could freight it or even possibly Greyhound it....but I just thought someone on here may have a better idea...thanks

    Check out http://www.uship.com they work like eBay, but in reverse - list your stuff & shippers bid on it.

    I haul parts as well as full cars. Just depends on the locations for me as I only pull single cars.

    Greyhound limits are 30x47x82 and 70 pounds if I remember correctly.
    Uship works. I am in the shipping business(less than whole cars) and am working on shipping our 3rd car body. First a 34 Chevy PU cab, then a 27 Model T roadster and working on a 50s Chevy cab.
