How would you address this frame fix?

Ditto the box-iron.............it will be there for another 50 years if you do it the right way.......

 

Oh -- on another thread you mentioned thinking about enlarging your gas tank.

Since our T&C will be a long distance tow vehicle, we plan on eliminating the spare tire well and should wind up with a roughly 30 gallon tank. In exchange, we'll just carry a can of Flat Fix around town. For road trips, we'll carry a spare under our trailer.
