Thanks Mike, I think I have it handled but thank you.

I will look at those. I looked on there last night but wanted to measure my king pin before I did anything.

Thank you very much, I really appreciate it. I will send you a PM

Chris...MY F100 has a worn axle bore, by .009". (axle must have seen 50 yrs. service without grease in front spindles...siezed the pins and wallowed out the axle bores, just a little bit with each trip.
Now I can buy a pair of oversize pins (.8595+.010") AND an adjustable ream.
    Grainger has the adjustable ream?
I'll check it, I'm in CA.
    Thanks! Good thread.
Oh, BTW...I was a journeyman front end, frame & wheel man for some years prior to and during my Porsche/BMW years...in the Bay Area. Atwater? Hah! Nothing. Front end shops? Shim shufflers.
I have reams, (Early Ford, some MoPar, etc., but NO F100 oversize...See how you can 'outgrow' some things?

    Yes, part number 4LGT4

I know mid 50's has .010 over, I spotted them today while googling what size the stock pins are.
