New to board from Austin, Tx! No, I don't usually say "Howdy", but there's usually a "y'all" somewhere in there... I stumbled on this board by accident, and since I've been a gearhead all my life, it seems like a cool place. I guess I'll go poke around the forum and see what's up. Regards, M.R.
Reckin I'll say Howdy Y'all back atcha. What kinda stuff do you drive, play with, or plan on foolin with? Pitcures help.
ModelT1, I drive new stuff compared to most of you guys but I have a deep apreciation for the hot rod culture. I've been playing with the electronic / fuel injected / computer controlled stuff for a while, but it's just not fun anymore (see BMW listed below). I'm sick of dozens of sensors, wires, switches and other finicky junk that wastes days of my time, and always leaves me waiting for the next "shoe" to drop. . I'm going back to my simple (relatively) carbureted American iron.
