i have been lookin around on the site for quite sometime now, and i thought i would signup

i havent been building cars for really long (i'm 23) i would say...almost 5 years now
never really had alot growing up, i was always into cars as a kid but never had a chance to really get under the hood of one so i saved up some dough and bought me a 1965 mustang fastback when i was 19 and restored it

i now am a member of the Road Devils c.c. in Ohio
and my current builds are a 1963 galaxie 500, more doors, with the 352FE
and i also have a 1955 buick special, more doors, with the 322 nail

i will put up pics if anyone would really like to see

Your '65 brings back memories. My college graduation gift to myself in '66 was 2+2 or Fastback, as they were called both, with Sauturne Gold pt. GT Exhaust, 4-spd, Pony Interior. Couldn't afford the P. ST. 'cause I was already up to $2,650 on the list price. I put 24K miles on it in 12 mo. and traded it for a loaded '67 Fairliane 500 XL, before going to a '68 green GOAT with 4spd, positrac 400, It took me 24hrs, to put Cherry Bombs, on it. List Price was $4,350, a bunch in those days. Especially on a teacher/coach contract of $3,650 a year, including my $500 bonus for coaching, ha.
