Hot Rods Howell's Sheetmetal - Quality Problems?

I purchased a Complete 1930 Model A Decklid from Howell's Sheetmetal for $550. It was twisted 3" out on one corner! I have chased them around since March 22nd, to get a new one. They do not return voice mails, or follow up with any of my e-mails or daily voice mails? I have been able to "Catch" them at the office, and twice they said, "They will ship a good one out, Today". It is now April 18th, my project has been delayed and sitting at a stand still!

How many others have had the same result from Howell's ?

 

Do a search... they've been on here before and nearly everyone is upset with them even me!

 

Yep, do a search. I would never deal with them again after how they treated me.
