Technical Hubcaps identification help?

So during todays swap meet excursion, I stumbled across a set of 15" hubcaps that I liked and picked them up. Now I'm curious about where they came from. I think they're probably aftermarket, but would like to know if anybody can positively ID them.

Yeah, I had never seen them before and thought they had a cool look to them.

 

Mopar had some really nice looking hubcaps back in the day
