dont make me build this new car high,it was a good time riding home some guy yells at me on the highway and says " you guys are fuckin nuts!!!" That is me, hotrod mike and continentaljohn for driving on the highway in the rain!! We did not want to be like the wannabe hotrodders, Bobleed and a couple of those cheaters!! A little rain won't hurt anyone, eventhough I could not even see where the hell I was going. Oh and my wife is pissed she didn;t even get a shirt!! Nice to meat everybody, what does everyone think about nummnuts?!?!?!?!? handsome huh!!!

That was awesome. The ride down was a blast.
Seeing the Cheaters play in the corn and DESTROY a poor farmer's income...that's hilarious.
The ride home sucked. COLD and RAIN most of the way.
Tuck...you're lucky you got to ride in the T when the SUN was shining.
A great first cruise in the T, regardless of the weather.
I'll try and post some pics in the next couple nights.

thanks to all the people that came out for the show, the people that help pick up all the beer cans. i want to give it up to the dick body dolly for all the laughs early this morning. it was an great show i can't wait till next year.

 

Mr reynolds that is and understatement about the guy that drivers the mint green truck! and we are fags we learned everything we know from the cheaters! what can i say

first, a huge thanks to Drew,Joe,and anyone else that helped with the show that i didn't get to meet. the event was just awesome.got to meet some cool hambers and the cars
were great. the hunnert is on my to do list for next year....the time is 8pm cst,i'v been home about an hour,and wowcars and eyeball should be home by now too.no problems in the 1100+ miles!!!wowcars and eyeball have the cameras,so they should be posting some pics soon.THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE.............bruce

 

The story of the corn field goes like this...
A bunch of us Cheaters were on the side of the road waiting for someone in the group we were travling with. Let us alone for a while we will find some way to get into trouble. So one thing leads to another and we start throwing corn cobs at each other. The farmer pulls up and Jesse and I are in the middle of corn rows throwing corn at each other. The farmer wasnt happy about us destroying his way of making a living, but I was willing to pay him for the corn cobbs we threw, and I even wanted to ask him how much it would cost if I could stay and throw corn all day. Bob put it best when he said ...I could watch the CHEATERS get yelled at all day. It wouldnt have been the same without getting into some kind of trouble, I wont even mention the go cart track.

It was the best show ever!!!!! If PBRASAP is out there I was wondering if the Chevy made it home after our morning fix at the gas station. (wouldn't have happened if it was a Ford!!)

Special thanks to Drew and Marty's Body Shop for Hosting the show! It was great meeting tons of HAMBers and hanging out in the Microtel parking lot Friday pissing off the customers until 2:30am! I was running around al ot doing various show stuff all day, but I finally got to put HAMB faces with HAMB names! Now you can do the same! Here's a pic from the Microtel lobby after the show. Mind you, it's only a fraction of the HAMBers at the show!

Hell yea!!! 700 miles later me and My hotrod are back home and trying to remember if I EVER had a better time at a car event.

THe Pileup definatly KICKED ASS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


There were so many traditional hotrods in one place it was just plain SICK.

Not to mention about 75 HAMB folks.

Thanks to Drew and his family for hosting the best show the Midwest had this year.

And the bands RULED too. I can't say enough about the time we had this weekend.

Last night was fucking nuts in the hotel conference center. I do remember doing burnouts in the dually, but don't remember posting on the HAMB. Too many PBRs I guess, oh well. I also don't remember giving my damn keys to Tuck for the dually. Luckily it was still where I think I parked it this morning. Hot damn was this a fun weekend. Can't wait til next year!
