Here at marty's body shop we have an interesting time every day. So it's kind of a circus party all the time and tonite it lasted till I got home a few minutes ago. Lot of welding to do on that ****tin roadster. anyhow there is not much to do for the show except for to wait for it to start so we will start friday. We have a have beta hahahaha no we got a vcr and a cool lounge room so bring tapes. And don't be affraid to pick up a cutting wheel you never know what might get chopped or channeled if it's sitting in one place to long. see all ya'll soon andy drew

CherryBlossom is'nt too keen on leaving at 3am either but if i go to bed when i get home from work i won't get up till it's too late. once i'm asleep i don't like to wake up! i'll just sleep on the counter at the shop when i get there . can't wait, it's gonna be such a looooong night at work tonight. i just wish i had'nt sold the 50 so i'd have something cool to drive into the show but the model A WILL be there next year!!!
Mike, you should just crawl up into a little ball in the truck when you get home from work. When Kris gets up in the morning, at a decent hour, she'll hop in the truck and start to drive your sleepy *** to IL. When you wake up, you'll be at the show, bright eyed and bushytailed. Problem solved, everyones happy.
That's the elusive Hot Rod Mike's real A truck (originally a firetruck)! I don't think he'll be out this year. He (with his lady's help)had a kid & I haven't seen him much this year. He does drive the **** out of that car though. Small story: Caravanning to Superdawg one friday night. My buddy Nick in his clean 'gl*** Deuce is in front of me. HotRod Mike is behind me, headers open. (Just last year, he welded caps on his home made headers) Out of the corner of my eye, in the rearview, I see Mike whip it into the left lane & punch it BBBBBBBLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!! Nick, who's NEVER hard on his car, goes at it with him. I wish I had a camera on me! (Sorry, there was no fire, no cops & no lives in danger) P.S. Mrs Exotica will be there in the Exotica Ford. Cherryblossom, I've been wanting to go to this show all year and it looks like its a NO GO. All of the party poopers here have got nothing but excuses. I should have hooked up with you and Mike. I could have traded off driving with you so his sorry *** could get some beauty sleep. BTW, have all of the nailheads found new homes? I'll be upset if I've missed out on one of them. HAHA!!! Frank
Fraaaaaaaaank! You should have let us know! We defenitely coulda gone together! Let us know if you ever want to ride together in the future...we'll always have a spot for you! LOL As for the nailheads...I think there's still one or two around...I only know of one thats actually left the house so far...... For the record...I was up at a ghastly 5 am to leave for chicago....wish us luck.
