The Morris Lions Club swap meet and car show is Sunday the 14th .. its got a ton of good stuff.. i scored some sweet model A parts last year.. If you have time sunday its worth the 5 mile drive.. go east on rt 6 (right at wall mart) about 5 or 6 miles.. cant miss it.. they usually roll in 1000 or more cars .. See you chuckleheads at the bar friday night.. i will pull up a tire, sit for a while, lite up a stogie and tell some lies
I was at the shop yesterday! How come I couldn't buy one? I can't wait for the Pileup either. Gonna be a "Stone Gas, Baby" and I predict great weather too. Wait till you guys see all the kool directional signs and event banners we got made this year. Designed and produced by oldbobsign, the stage banner is awesome and should be the lead off pic for a ton of magazine features of the show! See ya all at the "Meet 'n Greet".... Joel
Holy ****. I feel about as excited has Steve Martin did when the new phone books came (from the movie "The Jerk"). I feel like running all over yelling " THE NEW HUCKSTER CD THE NEW HUCKSTERS CD is here" Hell I bet Breeder is already sending the money.
Yay the CD is here I will have to get one. Todd, what trouble are you getting yourself into now. Btw how was last night? Tman was tellin me how much fun you were havin with the kids.
yeah a 8 and a 5 year old in the combine with me for 3 hrs....tryin to drive it home from the feild in the dark, with someones corn on one side, over grown ditch on the other, and a 20 ft bean head on it! and they were yellin and jumpin around......yeah,,,,,FUN!
FYI, the Shriners (we requested they wear their fezs!) will be at the show with grab bags of free brand new fuses (gl***, plastic, mini, etc), but would like a donation to their Children's charity. It's only fair! Look for them in the Pits along with many vendors and swap meet spaces. Looks like someone is bringing an FED, too.
