I can't get a reply from Hunter service on this. It is an older machine so guess they don't want to mess with it. Maybe one of you Hunter guys can help me trouble shoot this machine! Hunter TC2000 Tire Changer Issue – Turn table only turns clockwise will not turn counter clockwise. I checked the air pressure at the pressure gauge, running 140 psi, I took the gauge assembly apart and cleaned, re-installed. Oilier has oil in the bowl, but does not seem to be putting oil in system. I removed the oilier and took it apart, cleaned and put back together. **on the adjustment for oil drip, is the adjusting screw turned in or out for more oil drip? I disconnected all air hoses and shot some Kroil in each one and hooked back up. Cycled the bead breaker many times to make sure it was oiled. Cycled the turn table, but only one direction (clockwise) would not turn counter clockwise. When the foot pedal is moved into the “up” position for turn table, it does not turn but I can hear air in the line. At all times, the RPG-3426 valve – air is coming out of the brass side fitting. This is the valve that sets on top of the food pedal for the turn table.(I will remove it today and check to see if it is hung up) I only use this machine a few times a year to remove and install antique vehicle tires.
No idea on that but I did find the pfd parts drawings if you don't have them. http://servitecguerrero.com.mx/wp-content/uploads/infotecnica/TC2000 PARTES.pdf You have to register with them but this outfit has the manual They do want a credit card number though. https://qafinds.com/?q=hunter+tc2000+tire+machine+manual&spid=4q0e44us5djbi0
Sounds like the foot peddle issue. We have some hydraulic grips on some of our machines that are operated open close with foot pedals, and everytime we have an issue it is the pedals. Chappy
