OK here's the deal conventional 4 wheel manual dual master cyl. drum brakes I'm installing a Hurst Roll Control in the front brake circuit. And due to steering shaft, Header design, and frame mounted MC there really is no place to put the unit forward of the MC. Aside from a couple more joints and maybe 4ft more tubing is there any possible reason it would not be OK to put the Roll Control solenoid behind the MC and all the Clutch and Brake Pedal linkage in an area I have all kinds of room It would be in the same place as my adjustable Proportioning Valve protected by the frame rail and easy to get to. I would of course prefer to have it right in front of the MC but that gets it pretty close to the Header so not a good place. Thoughts.
As long as you have it on the front brakes only, you have to get the front line before it splits side to side.
Front line splits right at the front cross member under the radiator so thats a given. I couldn't think of any reason it wouldn't work to loop the front line back But I thought I would ask. First time installing a Roll Control.
On the last on I did there wasnt room at the mast so I ran line from the master forward to a location ahead of the front suspension, line lock, then back to the original line from the master. It works great!
