I have just gotten a 36 Ford front axle that has a nice pair of hydraulic "juice" brake backing plates. I need a good round estimate as to what these are actually worth. I don't need them as I will be putting disc brakes on it. I would like to sell/trade them for some other parts I'm in need of. There is also some hardware there and one side looks to be complete, possibly with a usable drum. This is NOT a "for sale" ad so don't bother til I post them in the cl***ifieds.

Oh yeah, heres a pick of one backing plate and the one complete side with wide 5 bolt pattern drum.

  3. The Early Ford Store in Cal. sells front backing plates with all hardware, shoes, ect.. pulled off a car (less drum) for 125.00 a pair. Rears go for 150.00. You have a 37-39 front drum, if it's turned past 12.060 it's junk.
