Customs Hydro boost

    Planning to use hydro boost brake setup on the Mercury but amazed at the number available and price range. Appreciate hearing any experience and/or recommendations.
     
  2. I've been using the late 90's mustang units, I'm very satisfied. Superior to a vacuum unit in power.

    Mine came from the self-service yard, from a Chevy C30.

    Many thanks for the replies! Definitely going to go this way, just a matter of whose unit to use.

    Earlier ones have SAE fitting, later have Metric.

    There are adapters to convert all to JIC hydraulic fittings. That makes DIY hoses easy.

    Mix and match whatever you want.
