1952-59 Ford I’d plate

Any reason to worry about re- attaching it with original style rivets. Am I ok to just use pop rivets?

 

There is a company named A. G. Backeast that makes reproduction VIN plates with stock type rivets. Rivets may be available separately. 860-877-4440. Don't know if your DMV will have a problem with rivets other than stock

 

I have the plate which is excellent, just not sure about the rivets.
