Just wanted to let y’all know I’m Otay - sorry for worrying anyone - my phone crashed and I had no access to internet - and then things changed for me - and I forgot to keep my HAMB family informed as to what was going on in my life - I’m truly sorry for the worries I created for those of you who were concerned about me - forgive me for not letting y’all know

Thanks to all for the kind words - @chryslerfan55 believe it or not but I use to ride horses with saddle but found out that bareback was more fun with girls

  6. So you’re saying it’s something else? Hehe.

    Welcome back.

We can't change the past, so we move forward from here.

Got any car projects going on?

Durn tootin' he's got some projects. A Model A coupe he's almost finished with. And a 1938 Chevy pickup truck that I don't think is too awful far from being on the road. Can't wait to see the coupe, Mike. Why don't you post a couple pictures.

Hello ya Irish Nut @nunattax - ya be right about driving it - I plan to see how long a set of tires will last
Hey @gene-koning as far as where I’m going - replacing the spark plug wires - going to 90 boots - changing plugs to header plugs to help clear headers -
Re-tweaking rear end suspension - hooking up HVAC - and definitely replacing wheels - the mags came with the car when I bought it - hate mags on these cars with steel wheels rings and caps - finish hanging front fenders headlights and the list goes on - I’m on my SS check as far life goes so a little at a time is my budget - as we all know this hobby is a money pit or a big black hole
The main thing was to get it running
Hey HRP @HOTRODPRIMER - that’s a sweet ride - like you I realize that waking up the next day is already the start of a great day
Thank you all kindly for sharing
    Later

Yea, I understand that plans and money to pay for those plans don't often line up so well.

I almost bought another project a few months ago, but then I added up what I thought it would cost to get it where I would want it, and how much work that was going to be. I decided that I should just keep what I have running, and go for more rides. We ran into a few unexpected issues with our house that we had to address, shortly after I made that decision, I'm pretty happy I didn't buy that project now. Maybe I'll reevaluate that project after things calm down a bit.
