    +1...What he said and I need to get on his bandwagon....Take CARE of YOURSELF...I aged more from 40-42 than I had in the previous 25 years combined. I can't say it enough...take better care of yourself now more so than ever because you have to fight hard against your body's aging processes. -Mark
