I bought a new toy!

I have finally put my money where my mouth is and bought a traditional style rod. I have always had a p***ion for them but never had the money so have driven a succession of rodded british 60's saloons and the odd 50's american cruiser.
Having turned 30 I decided it was about time I bought a car I really wanted so I took out a loan and bought this....













It was built by Steve at Limeworks speedshop so I know it is well put together.
We found out we went to the same high school!
I just have to wait now for it to be shipped over here so that I can start to enjoy it. I can't wait...

Great truck! I think you are better off making payments and driving it now. You would spend the same ammount (or more) trying to build something that nice and it would take quite a while to get it done. Meanwhile, you are driving and enjoying something really cool! Happy birthday to you!

Very cool truck...I drooled over it myself when it was for sale. Congratulations mate.

 

Errr yeah just a bit mate Would have loved it if I could have taken it to the hayride but will have to make do with the hot rod drags hopefully.
