Hot Rods I.D. these full wheel covers

    I have scored these 19" wheel covers. They come in 2 parts. Anybody know what these are from ?

  2. Mid to late 30's Ford full wheel covers. HRP
     
  3. 19" sounds a bit large for Ford- I'm thinking Packard, Auburn, etc

  7. Could be 31Dodger, but they need at least 50 more working parts inside to truly be Rolls Royce :D

    34 Lincoln wheelcover.png Just this past Thursday I was at a small museum and saw this gorgeous '34 Lincoln Cabriolet.

    I happened to notice the wheel covers and then a day or so later, this thread popped up!

    These are on 18" wheels and, except for being fully polished, have a very similar appearance, including the little stem that protrudes through the cover face. I do not know the origin of the covers, whether factory or accessory, but they do have "Lincoln" fired enamel crests in the center caps.

    They look like ACE discs and spiders, should be stamped on the centre aluminium casting somewhere. Rolls / coach builders used them but they where a proprietary part.
