I have a box of 16 new valve springs. TRW part number VS 1016.
I've scoured the interwebs for specs. All I know is that they were replacement parts for a Buick 455.
I'm a Ford guy, and want to know if I can use them, on my small block heads with Chevy valves, or if they're going up for sale.
Can anyone tell me spring rates and other stuff that I can't get from a mic?

Vs 1016 single spring with damper. Lift to .420" height 1.87" pressure I think I've got written here. 80/204

Without looking, I’ll hazard a guess and say the outer diameter may be too big to fit SBF heads. How do they compare to the OD of your Ford springs?

With the lift limited to .420 I won't be using them with the mild .450 lift and 1:6 rockers I have so, off to the sales counter they go!
Thanks for the great info guys.
