Technical I D this handle......

I cannot identify this handle I got in a parts stash. Searched high and low for cowl/brake handles. probably for a vent,but went there too,and came up with nothing.......
Anyone have an idea?

Maybe not car related at all, Could it be to lock a dinning room table together that had the leaves removed?

 

Very possible! Just came with a parts stash,and everything else was identifiable....... I looked up "oh ****" handle also,and got pictures of toilets....... go figure............

Difficult to stump the HAMB.........maybe not car related what-so-ever......
Just seem's odd that it was with a stash that was years specific,and everything jived.......
But like everything else,there's the curve ball now and then........

It is a semaphore turn signal handle for a Federal truck. You are missing the signal and the truck.
I think you have a good start though.
