New guy from North Texas here. I've been building 60s era pickups for 30 years. Now I'm looking to change gears a little and build something even older, probably a model A with a banger.
Hi & welcome. Lots of Model A guys here so you can get answers & help if needed. I came home from the Pate swap meet this year thru Weatherford early to avoid that dang Ft Worth freeway clog up traffic jam. I will use that route every year now. Clean little town. Was that where I saw the VW bug sticking out the wall of a store? Giddings has a Model T doing that in an antique & vintage clothing shop of sorts. jimmie
You did see a bug sticking out of a store. Our downtown is starting to get trendy and one of the little boutique stores has the rear half of a Volkswagen bolted to their front wall. That's about 5 blocks from my house.
