Luke, good to meet you, Dennis from So Cal here. Good to see someone your age into these old Fords, not a Ricer... I've been into '55-56 Fords since ~20 years before you where born, haha.

Chatted with you before, but nice to know you better. I will agree with Y-Blockhead- glad to see someone your age diggin' the old cars. Hopefully you'll spread the bug to a few others in your school.

    Take it easy!

Being a teacher I have had many kids throughout the years, and the one thing that is funny is a majority of them think these new plastic play toys are the best thing ever. They try to make fun of my "old junk" and I get em' everytime. I always ask them if they think there car can survive for 40,50,60 yrs or more. Hell even 20 yrs. And they always stare at me with a blank look. It's hilarious because they know it won't and I tell them it will be rotting in a junkyard by 10 yrs. :D Oh and hello from So-Cal.

Hi and yeah, I don't think I did an intro either so here it is.

BTW, chalupa - speaking of old toys? Our kids are now in their 30s and wife & I - being packrats we are - had a few of their old toys stored in the polebarn. We asked the kids if they wanted them. They laughed, said No. Only our son collects a few old things and except for his original Star Wars collection he goes for the older toys, kinda the stuff his mom and I had when we were kids.

We must've done something right, eh? He likes the older cars too, he's got a '47 Ford (also in MY polebarn) that he's planning to restore.
