Just don't be surprised the next time you find yourself trying to kick your own ass.

We grew up in a very different world.
As a toddler my Ma let me wander the woods , as much as I liked.
    Try that today.
I know we Car Guys used to do business on handshake.

I know Ken. In 1980 a group of neighbors were headed to Yakima and one car had a 4 bar suspension failure on the I5 bridge. Ken happened by and helped them limp to his home garage where he devised a temporary fix that got them to Yakima and home. He befriended the group and attended several of Reflections early Rod Runs. I haven't spoken to or seen him in decades, but a friend recently did some work on a two seat, street legal sprint car for him. I hate when two friends, acquaintance's have problems. I consider John and Ken both talented fabricators and hot rodders. It's unfortunate that Ken pulled a "wheeler dealer" scam.

HMMMMM that happened to a friend once .
Seems it created all sorts of bad Karma because shortly after the low life POS had his entire shop burn to the ground with all the parts he ripped off in it . Oddly the buddy was out of town that day . Karma and pay back is a bitch.

I never let anything leave unless paid for a its a very good friend and I never pay for anything unless I can take it with me then .
Sorry you got screwed over I'm sure they will have there own story to tell know .

I don't believe in karma cause it only happens in a perfect world where good things for good people and bad things for bad which we all know doesn't always happen. I am a firm believer in you reap what you sow. I also learned the hard way when I sold a classic truck and took cash without making sure the ownership was out of my name only to find out the guy I sold it to resold it forging my name years later on the ownership.
