They just painted the quarter panel and blended the paint onto the rear door and around on the panel below the trunk lid.
YES it does feel good to have it finished and put that whole indecent clearly in the rear view mirror. It's going to be a very Merry Christmas!
Jeff King of King's Classics did the work on the car. King's Classics is located just west of Zionsviile, IN even though they have a Whitestown, IN address. They do very good work and were more than fair on the price for what they had to do. As usual you never really know what your getting into until you open up the can of worms. After he pulled out the smashed area, he ended up grinding out old bondo and opened up rust areas around the wheel well that needed to be cut out and weld in sheet metal. The left rear quarter is now the best part of the car.
