67 - 72 ford pick up rear bumper is what it looks like to me . May have been available on 65 66 also .
Has the look of a 62 Chevy front turn upside down then modified by clipping ends and making plate recess?
You can also find this rear bumper on the second generation 'big' Bronco after they switched to the pickup style body in '78. Identical in exterior dimensions, it won't be a direct bolt-on to a pickup as the mounting brackets are closer together as the Bronco frame is narrower in the rear. If you're willing to mod the brackets it'll work.

In my hoard of parts , I have that exact tail gate that my grandfather took off his 1959 Ford 1/2 truck when he put a camper on it , new in 1959. We brought it back to Oklahoma , from California in 1962 and put it up in the rafters of my folks house. It was only on his truck for about a week! That picture just reminded me of it! Bones
